This is not a beginner role. This is not a casual side project. This is for a high performer who takes pride in producing world class content at scale.
Our company produces a large volume of transformation photos, coaching content, educational material, client wins, and brand messaging. Your job is to take everything happening inside the business and turn it into structured, high quality, high converting content across platforms.
This role will begin part time with a clear pathway to full time after a successful probation period.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
• Reviewing and organizing all internal content including client progress photos, coaching videos, testimonials, and educational materials
• Editing transformation photos professionally and consistently
• Repurposing long form content into high performing short form pieces
• Creating high volume content while maintaining quality and brand consistency
• Managing and organizing a structured content library
• Assisting with scheduling and publishing content across platforms
• Maintaining clear internal systems so nothing is lost, duplicated, or wasted
• Understanding the voice, tone, and vision of the brand and protecting it
This Role Is For Someone Who:
• Has a minimum of 3 plus years of professional content editing experience
• Has strong experience in photo editing and social media content repurposing
• Can handle volume without sacrificing standards
• Is extremely organized and system driven
• Communicates clearly and proactively
• Thinks long term and wants to grow with a serious company
• Takes ownership and does not need constant supervision
• Understands performance driven content, not just aesthetics
This Role Is NOT For You If:
• You are a beginner or learning how to edit
• You miss deadlines or struggle with time management
• You need constant reminders or hand holding
• You do not take feedback well
• You are juggling too many projects and cannot prioritize properly
