The Role:
The Data Analyst is responsible for data extraction and conversion for our new and existing clients. The Data Analyst helps the Data Specialist and Team Lead to ensure that information transferred to PBS software is accurate. They are involved in distant training, the go-live process and top-up, and ongoing support for new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Extract the information from our clients (ETL – Extract, Transform, and Load data)
- Perform data conversions for our new customers
- Create and update documentation on all aspects for data conversion and the validation process
- Liaise with internal customers to understand data requirements and structure necessities
- Escalate critical issues to management in a timely fashion
- Quality assurance testing to ensure data integrity
- Ad hoc tasks on an as needed basis related to data analysis and conversions
- Working on project teams to support other departments and install needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Novice knowledge of SQL Database
- Novice knowledge of Access
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
- Effective self-starter and strong team player
- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to embrace variety, structure, change and innovation
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Available to work occasional nonstandard hours starting at 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 or 7:00am, based on business needs
- Available to work occasional weekends, after hours, and holidays, based on business needs
