Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for customer requests, analyze problems, and escalate issues when required
  • Fulfill all IT related Purchasing
  • Complete all IT related billing and account maintenance
  • Manage travel arrangements for the IT Team
  • Communicating and developing relationships with IT team's vendors
  • Communicate technical information to nontechnical users
  • Organize and arrange training sessions for team and field on IT related items
  • Support IT team operations with schedule management and extracurricular event planning

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations
  • Experience in training people on computer systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment and work within a team of likeminded individuals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Beneficial to have:

  • Experience working in a ticketing system with detailed note taking skills
  • Experience working with Telecom industry
  • Experience and working knowledge of Oracle Opera
  • Experience with Microsoft Licensing and/or Power BI
  • Customer service experience

Education:

  • A university degree, diploma in computer sciences, hospitality, or administration. Or an equivalent work-related experience.

  • This is Vancouver in office-based position
