Project Coordinator - Roofing Division Building Envelope, Construction Flynn Group of Companies Halifax, NS
Flynn Canada Ltd is hiring a Project Coordinator This position will be based out of our Halifax location, reporting to the Roofing Operations Manager. A Day in the Life: Work closely with Project Managers coordinating project schedules, materials, and equipment Organize and coordinate submittals Review and monitor schedules and quality control Review all contracts and accepted quotations Write up purchase orders Preparing and following-up on quotations and tenders Prepare material order sheets and review quantity takeoffs Attend team meetings Assist production with preparing prices Communicate frequently with the Roofing team to obtain and share knowledge and information
