Be the steady hand after disaster—and grow into a leader people trust.
We're looking for a Junior Restoration Project Manager who's ready to build a career in restoration. You'll support projects from start to finish while developing the technical, communication, and leadership skills needed to manage complex files independently.
You'll be the main point of contact for homeowners during some of the most stressful moments of their lives—while learning how to balance customer care, insurance requirements, and operational execution. This Junior Project Manager role is an excellent stepping stone for professionals already working in the construction or restoration industry, offering hands-on experience and a clear path for career growth.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact with the homeowner after a disaster (fire, flood, etc.)
- Communicate and coordinate with insurance adjusters and company partners
- Complete site documentation (photos, R24, Docusketch, etc.) and submit files internally
- Send scope information and job details to the Estimating Department
- Ensure smooth hand-offs to mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teams
- Keep homeowners informed throughout the entire process
- Follow up with departments to keep jobs on track and timelines moving
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Support senior team members on complex or high-volume files
Who You Are:
- A natural communicator who's calm under pressure
- Organized and detail-oriented—you stay on top of moving parts
- Eager to learn the restoration process from the ground up
- Comfortable in damaged homes and working flexible hours when on call
- Able to manage multiple files and conversations at once
- Coachable and motivated to grow into a senior-level role
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience (restoration, construction, insurance an asset)
- Comfortable using mobile apps, cloud-based systems, CRMs, and email
- Experience using industry software such as Xactimate, Symbility, Encircle, or Docusketch is considered an asset
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Restoration industry experience considered an asset but not required
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary + on-call compensation
- Company vehicle during business hours and while on call
- Health benefits after probation
- RRSP program after probation
- Paid training & certifications
- Clear growth path to Senior Project Manager
- A chance to make a real difference in people's lives
