We're looking for an early-career professional to join our sales team in a role that combines Sales Development (SDR) responsibilities with sales support and administrative work. In this position, you'll manage inbound leads, engage customers by phone, email, and chat, and connect qualified prospects with our Inside Sales Advisors. You'll also support our sales team with catalog fulfillment and day-to-day administrative tasks that help keep our sales process running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Lead Management
- Manage incoming leads via phone, email, website forms, and chat
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries
- Conduct outreach to interested prospects to understand needs, timing, and next steps
- Qualify leads and connect them with Inside Sales Advisors
- Monitor and respond to live chat conversations, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM
- Ensure timely follow-up and clean handoffs to the sales team
- Coordinate catalog fulfillment, including processing and tracking requests
- Provide administrative support to Inside Sales Advisors and the Outside Trade Specialist
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, reporting, and sales operations tasks
- Support sales initiatives and follow-up activities as needed
- Help keep internal sales processes organized and move efficiently
- Early career professional with prior CRM experience (required)
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls, email, and chat communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
