Location: Just Imagine Day Nursery, Maldon

Salary: Competitive plus a £1,000 welcome bonus!

Hours: 40 hours per week

• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS across the nursery.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and act on recommendations.
• Promote a key person approach to foster secure attachments for children.
• Provide stimulating experiences and resources tailored to children's developmental stages.
• Encourage a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice.
• Address complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system.
• Engage in marketing activities to promote the nursery.
• Foster positive relationships with your team through open communication.

*Duties and responsibilities may evolve as needed.

• Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Essential: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements.
• Essential: Over 1 year of management experience.
• Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership.
• Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level.
