As an Assistant General Manager, you will be people-focused and fully accountable for leading and operating a successful DL Club. Your mission? To ensure our members enjoy an exceptional experience every single day, 7 days a week!

You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to:

• Implement strategies that drive club targets and enhance member experience.
• Ensure smooth operations while adhering to health & safety and compliance regulations.

As our ideal Assistant General Manager, you:

• Have experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Are skilled in leading various functions with diverse challenges and goals.
• Possess experience in financial planning and management.
• Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
