As a Swim Instructor , you will engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, whether in one-on-one or group sessions. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, thriving both physically and mentally while fulfilling their full potential.

As a Swimming Instructor, you will:

• Hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent to apply for this role.
• Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
• Exhibit great communication and collaboration skills.
• Be a self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to our members.
