About
This is a dynamic office and field-based sales role focused on delivering significant direct sales growth across a portfolio of safety solutions products and services. The position plays a key role in executing the company’s medium-term growth strategy, with clear responsibility for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and developing structured plans to expand market share and strengthen key customer relationships.
The successful candidate will generate their own sales by quoting and following up on opportunities from a live project pipeline, strategically targeting relevant industrial sectors while developing new, existing, and dormant accounts.
Working closely with the General Manager and wider team, you will make a direct contribution to the company’s strategic growth in both products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities
*
Deliver personal sales targets.
*
Provide daily reporting of sales activity and quotations.
*
Take active ownership of key accounts and contracts, with a strong focus on new business generation.
*
Generate enquiries through proactive sales calls and full utilisation of lead generation systems.
*
Produce technical quotations based on customer enquiries and relevant design standards.
*
Follow up quotations and record feedback within the project tracking database.
*
Attend monthly review meetings to analyse performance, improve conversion rates, and share feedback.
*
Conduct site surveys when required to support accurate quotation preparation.
*
Develop major new accounts including contractors, installers, and end users.
*
Support additional Sales Development initiatives as requested by the General Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
*
Degree level education or equivalent preferred.
*
Basic understanding of health and safety within a construction or industrial environment.
*
Experience using AutoCAD (desirable).
*
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*
Ability to interpret technical information and engineering drawings.
*
Experience in solution-based selling (desirable).
*
Exposure to the construction industry (desirable).
*
Full UK driver’s licence (essential).
