This is an office and field-based role within a well-established business operating in the safety solutions sector. The position offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving sales growth, developing long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company’s strategic expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own sales pipeline, generating new enquiries, producing technical quotations, and ensuring strong conversion rates while protecting and growing profit margins.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant sectors.

Manage and grow relationships with contractors, installers, and end users.

Produce accurate technical quotations based on client requirements and applicable standards.

Skills & Experience

Experience in a Technical Sales Engineer or solution-based sales role.
*
Background within construction, engineering, or industrial environments (desirable).
*
Ability to understand and interpret technical information and drawings.
*
Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*
Experience with AutoCAD (desirable).
*
Full UK driving licence (essential).
