Web GIS Lead – ArcGIS Enterprise | Contract | Enterprise Migration We are seeking an experienced Web GIS Lead to drive enterprise-scale ArcGIS Enterprise development, migration and integration projects. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Data Store environments. You will lead the design, development and migration of enterprise GIS platforms, ensuring high-performance deployment, automation and seamless integration with business systems. Key Responsibilities * Lead ArcGIS Enterprise implementation and migration * Manage ArcGIS Portal content migration and service publishing * Develop web GIS applications using ArcGIS Experience Builder (React) * Build automation using Python, SQL and JavaScript * Deliver spatial ETL workflows using FME * Optimise GIS databases (PostGIS / Oracle Spatial) * Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) * Provide technical leadership to GIS developers and project teams Essential Skills * Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal & Server) * Experience with ArcGIS Pro * Hands-on development in Experience Builder * Strong Python and SQL * Experience with FME / spatial ETL * Enterprise deployment, integration and migration experience Desirable * React JS * PostGIS or Oracle Spatial * Cloud (AWS / Azure) * ESRI Enterprise custom development This role suits a Senior GIS Consultant, GIS Technical Lead, ArcGIS Architect or Enterprise GIS Lead with deep ESRI expertise and proven delivery ownership.
