Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Nail Technician to provide high-quality nail care services in a clean, relaxing, and professional salon environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining strict sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including shaping, buffing, cuticle care, and polish application.
  • Perform advanced nail treatments such as gel manicures, acrylic extensions, dip powder applications, nail art, and nail repair.
  • Consult with clients to assess nail health, recommend suitable treatments, and suggest appropriate aftercare products.
  • Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization practices in accordance with state board regulations and salon policies.
  • Prepare and clean workstations before and after each client appointment.
  • Educate clients on nail care maintenance and promote retail products to enhance results.
  • Stay current with nail trends, techniques, and product innovations.
  • Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimize wait times and maximize productivity.

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid State Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (required).
  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician (1+ year preferred, but not required for entry-level roles).
  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, tools, and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to perform detailed nail art and precision shaping.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with acrylics, hard gels, and builder gels.
  • Knowledge of nail health and ability to identify common nail conditions.
  • Retail sales experience.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
