Setup, Maintenance, Basic Automation, and Optimization
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Expert to help us configure, optimize, and maintain our Zoho environment. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Zoho Corporation products and can translate business requirements into efficient workflows and automations.
This role focuses on day-to-day platform administration, not on architecture, customization, and system integration (See role Zoho One Technical Consultant).
Scope of Work
Configure and customize Zoho CRM / Zoho One based on our processes
Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, and automations
Set up pipelines, modules, fields, and validation rules
Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (email, payment, or other apps)
Clean up and structure existing data (deduplication, imports, mapping)
Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking
Provide best-practice recommendations and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience implementing and managing Zoho solutions
Strong understanding of CRM architecture and automation logic
Ability to communicate clearly and suggest process improvements
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Experience with Zoho Sprints, CRM, Campaigns
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 10 hours per week.
