Job Description
Electronics Technician – Radar Production Step into a production environment where every board you test and every issue you solve strengthens mission‑critical technology used worldwide. At FLIR Unmanned Aerial Systems, part of Teledyne Technologies and known for advanced surveillance radar systems, you'll contribute directly to the performance and reliability of equipment trusted across global applications. If you enjoy hands‑on electronics, precision testing, and supporting high‑quality manufacturing, this role places you at the center of building cutting‑edge radar technology. What you'll do- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Perform ATP/ATR testing and use schematics to diagnose and repair complex boards.
- Complete electrical and mechanical assembly work.
- Conduct environmental and thermal chamber testing.
- Support radar calibration and maintain accurate production documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including 5S activities.
- Track calibration status for tools and equipment.
- Assist with general production tasks as needed.
- Required: Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.
- Required: Experience with PCB inspection, testing, or electronic assembly.
- Required: Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Required: Eligibility for export‑controlled information and Controlled Goods Program certification.
- Advantage: 1+ year experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Advantage: Ability to use electronic schematics for troubleshooting.
- Advantage: Experience in small or fast‑paced production environments.
- Advantage: Bilingual English/French.

- Inspecter, tester et dépanner les circuits imprimés (PCB).
- Effectuer les tests ATP/ATR et réparer les cartes à l'aide de schémas électriques.
- Réaliser l'assemblage électrique et mécanique.
- Effectuer des essais environnementaux et en chambre thermique.
- Participer à la calibration des radars et tenir la documentation à jour.
- Contribuer aux activités d'amélioration continue, incluant le 5S.
- Assurer le suivi de la calibration des équipements.
- Soutenir l'équipe de production selon les besoins.
- Exigé : Souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches.
- Exigé : Expérience en inspection, test ou assemblage électronique.
- Exigé : Connaissance de base de MS Office.
- Exigé : Admissibilité à l'information contrôlée et au Programme des marchandises contrôlées.
- Atout : 1+ an d'expérience en fabrication électronique.
- Atout : Capacité à utiliser des schémas électriques pour le dépannage.
- Atout : Expérience en petite entreprise ou environnement dynamique.
- Atout : Bilinguisme français/anglais.
