Scope of the Position:
Vallen Canada is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Digital Program Manager to lead digital operations and transformation initiatives across the Canadian business. This role is central to driving customer engagement, revenue growth, and digital channel adoption through innovative programs and integrated solutions.
 
The Digital Program Manager is self-directed and capable of working effective while simultaneously managing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
 
*Project Leadership: Manage digital projects and serve as the primary point of contact for system-to-system integrations. Define scope, plan approach, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
* Customer Growth & Retention: Develop and execute digital programs aimed at expanding our customer base, increasing category revenue, and growing overall basket size.
* Channel Adoption: Identify and nurture new customer opportunities for digital platforms and integrated solutions to drive adoption and achieve growth targets.
* Digital Advocacy: Actively represent digital as a strategic pillar, engaging and training stakeholders to promote its value proposition.
* Performance Reporting: Analyze, report, and present digital performance metrics to leadership, providing actionable insights.
* Campaign Execution: Design and implement programs and campaigns to boost engagement, increase sales, and expand into strategic markets.
* Platform Enhancement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, plan, and implement new capabilities and functionality for digital platforms.
* Travel: Attend Vallen Branch locations and offsite meetings % travel required).
* Read, understand, and follow Vallen's health, safety, and environment policies and all applicable OH&S. legislation/regulations.
* Actively participate in Vallen's health and safety management system, including training, audits, assessments, safety meetings, and inspections.
* Identify, control, and report workplace hazards including following WHMIS/TDG requirements and reporting near misses.
* Report workplace injuries immediately and participate in any return to work programs or requirements.
* Be fit for duty and physically capable of performing all required tasks.
* Other duties as required. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
 
* Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field
* Broad understanding of eCommerce/digital platforms and best practices in customer experience and technology
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
* Minimum 5+ years of related experience, preferable in eCommerce, Digital, or Project Management
* Experience with large and complex assortment of projects
* Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and skills (especially, excel and Power Bi)
* Previous Management experience is an asset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge in the capabilities of ERPs systems and the flow of data between systems
