Utilities Improvement Engineer

In this role, you will be a key player in our site maintenance team, driving improvements in utilities and energy efficiency.

Your mission? To collaborate with key stakeholders and help us meet our sustainability goals while making a tangible impact on our operations.

As a Utilities Improvement Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Energy & Water Reduction: Support initiatives to reduce energy and water consumption by 3% per volume of milk.
• Compliance Support: Assist the Compliance Manager in enhancing facilities infrastructure and procedures.
• Maintenance Improvement: Innovate maintenance methods to eliminate hazards and improve utility operations.
• Team Support: Share your knowledge and coach team members, stepping in for the Compliance Manager when needed.
• Collaboration: Work with Group functions like Process Improvement and OPEX to drive improvement initiatives through Capex processes.

We seek a trained engineer with hands-on experience in utilities equipment, including:

• Steam Generation
• Air Compressors
• Electricity Generation
• Water and Effluent Management
• Ammonia Refrigeration
