Welcome to ISP School, nestled in the beautiful Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex! We specialize in providing education for 7-18-year-olds facing social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), communication and interaction needs, and cognition and learning challenges.

We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher with a passion for working with vulnerable children. If you have experience across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and are ready to teach in multiple areas of the National Curriculum—especially in Functional Skills and Media, including Esports—this is the opportunity for you!

• Deliver engaging lessons at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students.
• Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens.
• Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven teaching experience, particularly with SEN and a focus on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, ideally Science and Media, including Esports.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• A reflective practitioner who understands therapeutic approaches to education.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
• Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
