Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Inventory Clerk to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock. You will be responsible for assisting with inventory counts, documenting stock movements, organizing inventory records, and investigating discrepancies. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential. This position plays a vital part in our overall Logistics process, ensuring that we have the right products available at the right time. We maintain a strong focus on Safety, and all team members are expected to follow established protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. This role may require some Lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Record and update inventory data in the system.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated areas.
  • Track the movement of goods within the warehouse.
  • Generate inventory reports as needed.
  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of inventory.
  • Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Properly use and maintain required PPE.
  • Support the Logistics team in maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Perform tasks involving occasional Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and basic Logistics.
  • Knowledge of Safety practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Physical ability for tasks involving occasional Lifting.
  • Willingness to adhere to all Safety and PPE requirements.
