Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This fast-paced position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You'll work closely with our Logistics team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Understanding and adhering to all Safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE, is essential. If you are an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you. Tasks may involve moderate Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Pack items securely and efficiently according to guidelines.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain organized workstations and ensure a clean work area.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and company policies.
- Use and maintain appropriate PPE at all times.
- Support the Logistics operations by ensuring order accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Willingness to follow all Safety procedures and wear PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
