We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and performing general warehouse duties. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the logistics industry. Responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading shipments.
- Verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organizing and stocking inventory within the warehouse.
- Fulfilling customer orders by picking and packing items accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Performing other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates. A strong understanding of safety protocols is essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
