We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position plays a key role in our warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient handling of goods and the satisfaction of our customers. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing orders for shipment, all within a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure proper use of PPE during all tasks.
- Support the smooth functioning of the logistics chain.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
