Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE .
- Assist in managing the flow of goods within the logistics network.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
