Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scans.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label packages correctly for transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our Logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be able to perform physical duties, including repetitive bending, reaching, and Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of basic Logistics processes is beneficial.
