Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and the correct usage of PPE .
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Support overall Logistics operations and teamwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE .
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Logistics and supply chain principles.
