We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including unloading incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. We emphasize a commitment to Safety and ensure all team members are trained on proper procedures. You will be required to wear provided PPE and adhere to all workplace safety guidelines. This role involves significant Lifting and movement of goods, so physical stamina is a requirement. Understanding basic Logistics principles will be beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, can work independently or as part of a team, and are committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Unload, receive, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and rotation.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety .
- Wear all required PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting .
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and PPE .
- Strong understanding of workplace Safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
