About
We have an exciting opportunity for a Material Handler in Washington, D.C.! This position is crucial for the efficient movement of goods within our facility and plays a key role in our overall logistics chain. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory. You will also assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently. A strong focus on safety is paramount; therefore, adherence to all safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role requires individuals who are physically fit, capable of lifting heavy objects, and possess excellent manual dexterity. Certification for forklift operation is highly preferred.
