Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to guide order picking process.
- Stage picked items for quality control and packing.
- Ensure accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
