We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your responsibilities will include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to all company and safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, with proficiency and safety.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and staged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and proper lifting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
