Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management. You will manage a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all safety protocols. Your role will involve scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to meet operational goals. This is a crucial role that directly impacts the smooth flow of our logistics operations. We are committed to fostering a safe and productive work environment, and your leadership will be instrumental in achieving this. Responsibilities include training new hires, conducting performance reviews, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse. You will also be responsible for maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization, ensuring all areas are accessible and secure. The Warehouse Supervisor will liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of inbound and outbound shipments. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is essential. You will also be responsible for managing equipment maintenance schedules and ensuring the proper use of all warehouse machinery. Commitment to Safety is paramount; you will enforce all safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE . Requires ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
