We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. This position is vital to our operations, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to Safety are paramount. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members and adhere to all established procedures. This role requires individuals who are physically capable of performing manual tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs, and who understand the importance of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Use required PPE, including safety shoes and gloves.
- Assist with Loading and unloading of trucks.
- Handle manual Lifting of products and materials as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts and support overall logistics goals.
