Job Summary:
Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! This role is pivotal to the smooth functioning of our distribution network, involving a variety of tasks to ensure efficient product flow and accurate order fulfillment. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
  • Stock shelves and ensure proper organization of goods.
  • Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Prepare shipping labels and ensure all outgoing packages are ready.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
  • Ensure the distribution center is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Handle various lifting requirements, including boxes and items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Support overall logistics operations and team objectives.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting repeatedly. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes within the logistics field.
