Our Phoenix, Arizona facility is seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders, as well as assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Support overall logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
