Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Nashville, Tennessee! This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, receiving, and stocking inventory. We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual who can contribute to our fast-paced Logistics environment. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately fulfilling customer orders, ensuring items are packed safely and efficiently, and maintaining the organization of the warehouse. Safety is a priority, and all associates are required to follow established Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, stocking shelves as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Consistently use required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of products.
- Support the smooth operation of our Logistics department.
