You will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring inventory is accurately placed and tracked. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to strictly follow Safety protocols and utilize the provided PPE. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of materials, sometimes weighing over 50 lbs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Material Handler, possess relevant certifications (e.g., forklift operator), and have a strong understanding of warehouse Logistics. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
- Transport materials to and from various warehouse locations.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Perform routine checks on equipment for safety and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Handle significant Lifting and moving of goods as required.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our Logistics network.
