We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Adherence to all safety protocols and company policies is paramount. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all employees are required to use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory accurately on shelves and in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transport, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse activities.
- Follow all instructions and directives from supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
