We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage and accuracy.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
