Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Austin, Texas. This role is central to our distribution efforts, encompassing a wide range of warehouse activities. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and storing incoming goods, picking and packing customer orders accurately, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock received merchandise into designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets or scanners.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring proper labeling and product protection.
  • Stage completed orders for outbound shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Operate manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting and physical stamina.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
