Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Pick orders accurately based on customer requirements and packing slips.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles and work stations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all company guidelines and directives to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and bending.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
