Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves or into designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with Loading and unloading trucks, employing proper Lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in our logistics hub.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Experience with WMS is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all workplace regulations.
