We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our bustling logistics facility in St. Louis, Missouri. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse, supporting various operational needs. Your responsibilities may include picking and packing orders accurately, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to teamwork are highly valued. Safety is our highest priority, and you will be expected to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices when handling products. The position requires physical stamina, with the ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Receive and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and proper PPE usage.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
