About
Join our bustling distribution center in Tampa, Florida, as a Picker/Packer and play a vital role in our daily logistics operations. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This involves navigating the warehouse using pick lists or scanning devices, locating specified items, and ensuring the correct quantities are selected. Careful attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. Once picked, items will be packed efficiently and appropriately to prevent damage during transit. You will also be responsible for labeling packages correctly and staging them for our shipping department. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key. You must be able to adhere to strict safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques. This role requires physical stamina, as you'll be on your feet for extended periods and may need to lift items up to 50 lbs. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere. Experience with order fulfillment processes is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning equipment.

- Verify order accuracy before packing.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand order instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
