Seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our growing logistics operations in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from warehouse shelves. Your primary duties will include reading pick tickets, locating items, retrieving them, and preparing them for packing and shipment. Accuracy and speed are critical to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This position is vital for maintaining the efficiency of our distribution center. We maintain a strict focus on safety, and all employees must adhere to safety protocols and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role involves significant walking, standing, and bending throughout your shift, as well as lifting items that can weigh up to 40 pounds. Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
