About
Our Distribution Center in Provo, Utah is looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to play a key role in our supply chain operations. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving goods, managing inventory, and preparing items for distribution. You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing advanced logistics technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding role. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately record inventory levels and update warehouse management systems.
- Sort, organize, and store products in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment to various destinations.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all logistics and transportation requirements.
- Handle returns and damaged goods according to established procedures.
- Follow all company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
