About
Become a key member of our logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to manage the complete order fulfillment cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using RF scanning technology, carefully packing them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are processed efficiently. Attention to detail is critical to guarantee order accuracy and minimize returns. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. This physically demanding role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Safety is paramount, and you will be required to adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. We provide comprehensive training on our warehouse systems, processes, and safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify order details and item counts before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
- Meet daily fulfillment quotas and performance standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is an advantage. Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy. Willingness to strictly follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
