In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. This position is integral to our Logistics operations, ensuring that products move smoothly and accurately through our facility. You will be part of a dynamic team environment, and a commitment to Safety is paramount. Strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE is required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization.
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely (training/certification may be provided).
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
