Become a key member of our fulfillment team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is crucial for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our fast-paced warehouse environment, including picking products, packing orders with care, and preparing them for shipment. A keen eye for detail and efficiency is essential. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and performing frequent Lifting. We prioritize a secure and healthy workplace, and adherence to all Safety guidelines and the proper utilization of PPE is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping details and any special instructions.
- Prepare orders for shipment, organizing them by carrier or destination.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification may be required).
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and protocols.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE throughout the shift.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the overall Logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations and order fulfillment.
- Must be able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication skills.
