Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, playing a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will contribute directly to the success of our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately picking items from warehouse inventory according to customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Packing orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure product protection during transit.
  • Inspecting items for accuracy and potential damage before packing.
  • Labeling packages accurately with shipping information and any required documentation.
  • Operating material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe packing and workstation.
  • Adhering strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Participating in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment quotas and deadlines.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the fulfillment process.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or order picking role is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Comfortable with Lifting and carrying items up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control principles.
  • Dedication to workplace Safety and following all established guidelines.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
