This position requires physical dexterity and the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting. You will work closely with a team to ensure that all inventory is managed properly, orders are fulfilled accurately, and shipments are dispatched on time. Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve operational goals in logistics.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
