We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your commitment to Safety is crucial, and you will be expected to follow all company Safety procedures and wear the designated PPE. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced Logistics environment. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Properly use all required PPE throughout the shift.
- Handle regular tasks involving Lifting and moving of warehouse goods.
- Support the overall Logistics and supply chain operations.
